Sechin is against raising the oil pumping tariffs for China.

The president of "Rosneft" Igor Sechin is against the proposals of "Transneft" to raise the tariffs for oil pumping into China at the rate of inflation, "the Vedomosti" wrote on Wednesday.

In 2015-2017 by order of the Government the rates will be indexed by a factor of 0.9 to inflation, and since 2018-2020 - 0.9-1. But in September "Transneft" has asked the Federal Tariff Service (FTS) to increase the rate by an average of 6.75% from January 1, 2015 (90% of the expected rate of inflation in consumer prices in 2014 - 7.5%), and for the oil supplies via ESPO through the port of Kozmino and Skovorodino - Mohe pipeline - by 7.5%, or up to 2237.08 roubles per 1 ton.
