Transneft becomes indirect owner of 10.5% of Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port’s shares

Transneft has become indirect owner of 10.5% of Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port’s shares, bought for its benefit at the London Stock Exchange in September, the company reports.

It was reported that the right of indirect control over the package was received through two subsidiaries – Chernomorsk main oil pipelines and Trasnneft-Service. As a result, Transneft received 10.5% of the Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port’s voting shares. The procedure was conducted by three deals, Trasnenft explained. The effective date is October, 28th.
