Deputy Minister of Energy Kirill Molodtsov joined Transneft’s Board of Directors instead of ex-Minister of Energy Sergei Shmatko

The Deputy Energy Minister, Kirill Molodtsov has joined the Transneft’s Board of Directors, he replaced the former Energy Minister, Sergei Shmatko, the company reports.

During the annual meeting, the Transneft’s shareholders elected a new Board of Directors of 7 people. It includes six members of the previous Board of Directors. The new Board doesn’t include the former Energy Minister, Sergei Shmatko. Instead of him, the new member of the Board of Directors became the Deputy Energy Minister, Kirill Molodtsov.
