Prosecutor’s Office of the Ukraine has challenged Court’s decision upon Transneft’s pipe

The pumping by the oil products pipeline is temporarily shut down.

The Ukraine’s Prosecutor’s Office has challenged the Court’s decision which in early May declared Transneft the owner of the oil products pipeline which is on the balance of the company’s affiliate – “PrikarpatZapadTrans”, a source close to the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Ukraine said. According to them, the case will be considered at the Supreme Court of the Ukraine.

Another source in the Ukraine reports that the pumping by the oil products pipeline is temporarily shut down.
