Transneft proposes to punish “high-sulfur” suppliers with oil

Transneft proposes to punish companies, which supply poor oil to oil pipeline, not with money, but raw material itself, the RBK daily writes, referring to the Transnetf’s press secretary Igor Demin.

The company thinks that the oil quality bank must be based on amounts and quality of oil, which oil companies supply to the pipeline system.
