In the first 11 months, Russia reduced oil export to the CIS states

In January-November 2014, Russian oil exports to the non-CIS countries amounted to 184.911 million tons (4.058 million barrels per day), which is by 2.7% less than in 2013. In this period, the export of Russian oil to neighboring countries decreased by 19.4% to 20.44 million tons, the Central Dispatch Department of the Fuel and Energy Sector reports.

In November of this year, the export of oil from Russia to the CIS countries decreased by 6.8% to 16.149 million tons (3.946 million barrels per day).

In the first 11 months of this year, 181.778 million tons of crude oil (164.045 million tons of which were Russian resources) were exported to the CIS countries via the Transneft’s system, and about 20.866 million tons - bypassing Transneft.
