Transneft carries out front end engineering design for construction of an oil-products pipeline that will connect a refinery in Kstovo of the Nizhny Novgorod region with the Moscow region, the Lukoil’s President Vagit Alekperov reported during the signing of agreement on cooperation with the Governor of the Moscow region Andrei Vorobiev. According to him, the construction of the oil-products pipeline is necessary to supply light oil products, made at the Nizhny Novgorod refinery, to the Moscow region.
