In January - February, Russia reduced exports by 4.3% to 36.314 million tons, the Central Dispatch Department of the Fuel and Energy Sector reports. Oil supplies to far abroad reduced by 1.3% to 32.8 million tons, and supplies to close abroad reduced by 25.6% to 3.535 million tons. Kazakh oil transit reduced by 6% to 3.364 million tons.
