Transneft has agreed to connect the first stage of the Eastern Petroleum Company (VNHK) to pump 12 million tons of oil for processing to the main pipeline, president of Rosneft Igor Sechin reported.
"We agreed on the approval of the first phase of the project in the amount of about $15.02 billion of investments, which will provide for the construction of the first line for 12 million tons of oil for processing by VNHK. Transneft gives us a connection to the main pipeline,"- Sechin stated during the meeting on the development of the Far East, which was held by the Russian President, Vladimir Putin on Monday.
