FTS suggests to include expenses of oil product pipelines into Transneft tariffs

The Federal Tariffs Service has elaborated the project of the governmental order presupposing the possibility for the introduction of expenses for the development of the system of oil product pipelines to Transneft's tariffs for oil transport.

The project states that the decision about the  introduction and volume of these expenses to be the basis of the calculation of the tariffs  is agreed either at the governmental level on the basis of the decisions about new product pipelines construction, or is defined in the agreements with the oil companies about realization of the projects for the construction of the new oil product pipelines or the broadening of the transporting capacity of an active pipeline that presuppose the accounting of expenses when setting the tariffs for oil transport services for the oil company.
