In March of 2013, Transneft continued to decrease the oil export through Primorsk by 21.5% due to the increase of the export through Kozmino by 49.8%, the Central Dispatch Department of the Fuel and Energy Sector reports.
The trend of changes of oil export flows from the West to the East is traced from the beginning of the current year, the Transneft’s official representative Igor Demin said to the Itar-Tass in February. According to him, “there is a trend and it is obvious because of the ESPO launch”.
