Transneft consolidates 100% of Tikhoretsk-Nafta, Sigma Telekom and Promsfera for 2.2 billion rubles

In October of this year, Transneft acquired 50% of Tikhoretsk-Nafta, 75% of Sigma Telekom and 50% of Promsfera, the company reported.
