The Russian Government has made the final decision on freezing of Transneft’s tariff for oil pumping in 2014, the Deputy Prime Minister,Arkady Dvorkovich reported to journalists on Thursday.
According to the agency Prime, Dvorkovich answered “Yes, it had" for the question if the final decision on the freezing of Transneft’s tariffs for next year had been taken.
The Vice Premier reported about the fundamental decision on this issue at the end of September.
