S. Andronov has been appointed the Vice President of Transneft frome October 1st, 2014. He will oversee the points connected with the accounting and planning of flows of oil cargo, metrological provision of Transneft system organizations, the arrangement of trade and commercial operations and the contract work on oil and oil products transporting.
