Transneft holds book building of bonds on June 1st
On June 1st Transneft holds a book building for investors for bonds of BO-001P-01 series issued in the framework of the program.
The company doesn’t release the volume of the issue.
The technical offering of the issue is planned for June 10th.
The organizer is Gazprombank.
The MSE on April 6th registered the continuous program of stock exchange bonds of Transneft at the volume of up to 280 bln roubles. Bonds in the framework of this document can be offered both in roubles and foreign currency. The maximum period of circulation of bonds is 30 years.
Last time Transneft made an offer of 10-year bonds of BO-05 series for 17 bln roubles with a 5-year offer in April 2016. The demand for papers exceeded 40 bln roubles. On the results of the book building the rate of the first coupon was set at 10.1% per annum, the rates of the 2-10th coupons were the same.
