Moody's downgrades Russian economic development in 2016.

Moody's Investors Service, the international rating agency, has revised its forecast for economic development of Russia in 2016, the Kommersant informs.
According to the new forecast, the slowdown of the Chinese economy will not let world prices for raw materials grow, which will lead to the expansion of a recession in the Russian economy.
