Kuzbass fuel company not to pay dividends-2015
The shareholders of the Kuzbass fuel company at the annual meeting of shareholders decided not to pay dividends for 2015.
It was decided to keep the net profit on the results of 2015 at the enterprise, dividends for 2015 will not be paid.
Kuzbass fuel company is one of the largest producers and exporters of thermal coal in Russia. It is the 8th among coal producers in Russia and the 5th by the export volume. Kuzbass fuel company comprises 3 functioning and a being projected site at the coal mine Vinogradovsky as well as 2 processing plants, railway infrastructure.
The major shareholders of the company are its President, I. Prokudin (50.001%) and the chairman of the Board of Directrs, V. Danilov (15.61%).
The shares of Kuzbass fuel company are traded on the MSE, 33.15% is in free circulation.
The net profit of Kuzbass fuel company on the results of 2015 made up 37 mln roubles, by 5.2 times more than in 2014. The revenue in 2015 rose by 12.33% to 24.99 bln roubles.
