Severstal increases prices on flat mill products

Cherepovetsk Iron-and-Steel works, one of the largest integrated steel-making plants in the world (part of “Severstal Russian Steel”) announces about an increase of prices on flat products by 1.5-2% in December. But the company does not increase prices in November.
