The Volzhsky pipe plant (VTZ) of TMK dispatched 3,500 tons of steel oil and gas pipeline pipes to ONGC. The sales are connected with large hydrocarbons production at Mumbai High, a large deposit in the Arabian Sea nearby the Indian Sea of Mumbai. By May 2014, Leighton Welspun executing offshore pipelines construction for ONGC will build 75 km of underwater pipelines. It’s necessary to note that it’s not the first supplies of TMK’s rolled steel to ONGC.
