In H1 2014, ChTPZ Group increased pipe products dispatch by 9%

In H1 2014, the ChTPZ Group enterprises,the Chelyabinsk pipe rolling plant and Pervouralsk novotrubny plant increased pipe products dispatch by 9% to 881,800 tons. The pipe division dispatched within the period 375,200 tons of welded pipes including 357,000 tons of large diameter pipes up by 4% on last year (361,900 tons of welded pipes including 342,600 tons of large diameter pipes. The Group sold within the period 506,600 tons of seamless pipes including 135,200 tons of OCTG pipes by 13% more than last year (446,500 tons of seamless pipes including 136,600 tons of OCTG pipes). The growth in dispatch in the segment is connected with participation of the company in the pipeline projects of Bovanenkovo-Ukhta (Branch 2) and Southern Corridor of Gazprom, Kuyumba – Taishet of Transneft and growth in large diameter pipes supplies for repairs and exploitation needs of Gazprom and Transneft. Dispatch rose in the segment at of all the sales directions including Russia, the CIS and far abroad.
