It clarifies that at the annual general meeting of JSC "Chelyabinsk Pipe Plant" shareholders net profit of ChTPZ for the reporting period was decided to be spent on investment, production and social development of the company.
The meeting of the shareholders was held today, on June 29. The shareholders also decided that dividends are not declared or paid.
