UC Rusal and RusHydro would like to postpone the launch of BoAz

UC Rusal and RusHydro ask VEB to coordinate postponing of the launch of the first stage of Boguchany aluminum works (BoAz) until August 2014, the chief of RusHydro E. Dod says. In October, UC Rusal reported about postponing of the launch of BoAz until June 2014. Mr. Dod says that they have not received any answer from VEB as yet; in his opinion, it’ll need 2 months. Mr. Dod explains that technologically the launch is possible at any time, and the point is aluminum market price.
