Before the end of 2014, the Ministry of Industry and Trade will elaborate the program for import substitution in production of rustproof pipes for the different industrial and energy sector. The Premier D. Medvedev made the corresponding order within his visit to Seversky pipe plant in the Sverlovsk region.
