MMK to save 32 million rubles on resources

Total economic effect from measures on resources saving, taken at the Magnitogorsk metallurgical plant (MMK) in the first six months, will be about 32 million rubles per year, the MMK’s press centre reported.
According to the press centre, at the beginning of the year, a program of measures to reduce the consumption of resources in the structural units of the plant and the companies of MMK in 2014 was approved. The planned activities are aimed at saving energy, fuel, fire and drinking and industrial water, heat, air separation products.
