Russian Ministry of Energy predicts growth in coal mining in Russia by 2.4% in 2017

The Russian Ministry of Energy has expected the growth in the coal production in Russia in 2017 by 2.4% compared to the last year's figure to 395 million tons, the Ministry informs.
