Udokan is separated from Metalloinvest

JSC Holding “Metalloinvest” will cease to be the owner of the company “Baikal Mining Company”, which owns the license for Udokan. The Baikal Mining Company will withdraw the holding company, and its shares will be distributed among the shareholders of “Metalloinvest”, runs the company’s statement.
