Metalloinvest not to pay out dividends for 2012

The shareholders of Metalloinvest of A.Usmanov has taken a decision at an annual general meeting not to pay out dividends for 2012, is said in a statement of the company. They have declined to give any comments in the company.
“The income for 2012 is to be left with the company. To give to the individual, who exercises the power of an individual executive body, the right to use the profit, left at the company’s disposal,” is said in a statement.
