VTB is about to institute another legal proceeding against Mechel at 2.6 billion roubles.
Legal battle of VTB, which want loan proceeds back, and “Mechel”, which hopes for loan restructuring, will keep on, Izvestiya writes. VTB achieved success in the court twice before.
