India is going to participate in the Kazakh projects for hydrocarbons exploration and production. New-Delhi can join the project either independently or in a consortium. At the 11th session of the Kazakh and India intergovernmental commission for trade and economy, scientific and technical, industrial and cultural cooperation, they offered to the Indian side the block of Abie in the Kazakh sector of the Caspian Sea, within the broadening of cooperation.
