Ore mining and processing plant near Shalkiya deposit to be launched in 2018

Construction of ore mining and processing plant in the Zhanakorgan district of the Kyzylorda region will begin in 2016. This was reported by chairman of the Tau-Ken Samruk’s Board Mazhit Turmagambetov during the press conference.
"We have terms to launch the mining and metallurgical plant already in 2018. At the first stage, it is 2 million tons. In two or three years - the expansion of the mine and the plant to 4 million tons by 2021," - M. Turmagambetov announced the data.
