BEMO can be divided according to the profile.

The aluminium plant goes to "Rusal", the HPP – to "RusHydro".

According to Bloomberg, "Rusal" is in talks to buy a stake of "RusHydro" in an unfinished Boguchansk aluminium plant. The companies themselves do not confirm this information, but "RusHydro" considers this scenario. The deal could be interesting if it involves an exchange of 50% in the plant for 50% of more expensive Boguchansk HPP with surcharge by "RusHydro". The direct purchase of the shares at market price is not too appealing to "Rusal": the analysts estimate the plant twice cheaper than the cost of its construction now.
