Mechel negotiates on sale of U.S. Bluestone and Moskoks

Mechel is negotiating on the sale of Moscow coke and gas plant (Moskoks) and Mechel Bluestone in the United States, the head of Mechel-Mining Pavel Shtark reported to journalists.
"The following assets of Mechel Mining were put up for sale: Moskoks and Bluestone. The negotiations are in the process. There are interested buyers, but it’s too early to disclose the details, we think," - said Shtark.
As it was previously reported, Mechel bought Bluestone in May 2009 from the family of businessman James Justice for $425 million and 15% of its own shares.
