V. Larin appointed a new CEO of Severstal

​The first deputy CEO – director for production of Severstal PJSC, V. Larin, has been appointed the CEO of “Severstal Management” JSC.

Severstal PJSC has appointed V. Larin the CEO of Severstal Management. The company has elected A. Mordashov the chairman of the Board of Directors of Severstal PJSC on May 26th 2015.

The ex-head of Rautaruukki  metallurgical company, S. Tamminen, has been appointed the independent director and chairman of the committee for personnel and rewards of the Board of Directors of Severstal PJSC. The independent director, A. Bowen, was elected the chairman of the committee for audit of the Board of Directors of Severstal PJSC, the independent director Ph. Dayer was elected the chairman of the labor safety health and environmental protection committee of the Board of Directors of Severstal PJSC.
