Mechel’s affiliate has filed 11 claims against Sberbank

“Mechel-Materials” Ltd, affiliate of Mechel, has filed 11 claims to the arbitration Court of the Sverdlovsk region against “Sberbank Leasing” CJSC.
The dates of preliminary hearings and the reason of filing the claims are not released.
“Mechel-Materials” specializes in the production and sale of fire clay goods, burnt lime, limestone, concrete mixtures and in processing of metallurgical slag – raw materials for steel production. A side product is the metallurgical road metal of various fractions.
Sberbank Leasing CJSC is a universal company that provides services in the Russian market from 1993. It is one of the leaders in the sector.
