ChTPZ group has produced the first lot of screw pipes

The Pervouralsk new pipe plant (in the structure of ChTPZ) has worked out and produced the first 50 tons of casing pipes with screw joints of Premium class - ChT-HT. the new production has the following size 168.3*8.9 mm, E strength group, produced at the Finishing center of pipe production of oil assortment.

The design of the new joint  has the increased ultimate screwing moment that allows to apply it for the lowering of casing pipes into the well using rotation.

The project work on the development of the design and holding the necessary calculations was held with the application of the ANSYS software. The results were confirmed at the production of trial samples and testing.

Currently ChTPZ group ships OCTG screw pipes of Premium class of generation 1: pumping-compressor pipes with ChT-VT and ChT-VTm1 screw, casing pipes with ChT-VC joints are referred to them.

The enterprise is ready to execute order for industrial lots of casing pipes with ChT-HT joints as well as masers new screw joints of Premium class of generation 2.
