UC Rusal negotiates with RusHydro about purchase of a shareholding in Boguchany aluminum plant

The project costs $5 billion without the expenses into the construction of the infrastructure and the cleaning of the reservoir bed.

UC Rusal has started negotiation with RusHydro about the purchase of a shareholding of 50% in the joint venture, Boguchany aluminum plant in the Krasnoyarsk region. The negotiations began in October.
