Kyrgystan wants to withdraw from Centerra and create JV for Kumtor

Kyrgystan considers the possibility of exchanging its shares (33%) in Centerra Gold Inc into a share in a joint venture with Canadian company (50x50) on the basis of the gold ore deposit's development project of Kumtor, a representative of the press-service of the government of the republic said.
