NLMK not to see any danger in the decrease of its rating by the agency S&P

The rating agency S&P has decreased a long-term credit rating of NLMK from the level BBB- (a negative forecast) to BB+ (a stable forecast). The agency substantiated its forecast by, in particular, deterioration of perspectives of the world metallurgic sector development and conservative assessment of a “country risk” for Russian companies. At the same time, S&P’s analysts emphasized stability of the company’s business model and finances, noted that the NLMK’s profile corresponded to the rating of the investment level.
