Kamensk-Uralsk non-ferrous metal working plant decides on dividends

The annual general meeting of the Kamensk-Uralsk non-ferrous metal working plant’s shareholders has taken place. The shareholders approved annual accounting for 2012, annual financial statements (including profit and loss statement), composition of the Board of Directors and revision commission. Solutions concerning distribution of profit by results of the last year and payment of dividends were made, as well as auditors of the enterprise for 2013 were approved.
