Deposits in Kolyma to be developed with Chinese investors

​It is about the realization of the investment project “Development of the Kunarevsky perspective site” in the Srednekansky district of Kolyma.

The deposits in Kolyma are planned to be developed along with the Chinese investors. The  head of the Magadn region, V. Pechyony, and CEO  of NFC, V. Hontsan, signed an agreement of intention on the development of investment cooperation.

The project might be included in the strategy of socio-economic development of the Far East.

According to V. Hontsan, until December 31st 2013 the issue of perspectives of development of non-ferrous metals deposits in the Magadan region and an opportunity of organization of geological exploration works will be studied.

V. Pechyony said that in case of a positive decision of foreign investors the administration of the territory will contribute to the inclusion of the project “Development of the Kunarevsky perspective site” in the strategy of socio-economic development of the long-term development of the Magadan region that presupposes the forming of the area of territorial development.
