Steel production is down 1.8% in 2015, Rosstat

Russian steel makers smelted 69.4 tons of steel and produced 60.3 million tons of finished rolled stock in 2015. The reduction of volumes made up 1.8% and 1.5% respectively year-on-year, Federal State Statistics Service (Rosstat) reports.
