NLMK strengthens directions of operational efficiency, strategy and internal audit

NLMK, the international steel producer with assets in Russia, the USA and the EU, in the framework of improving the organizational model of management has strengthened the functional areas of operational efficiency, strategic development and internal audit.

Vice-president of NLMK Group on operational efficiency was appointed Tatiana Averchenkova, who previously served as director of controlling. In her new position she will coordinate the work of departments on the operational efficiency and the functioning of NLMK’s production systems at facilities in Russia and abroad. Earlier the implementation of the operating efficiency projects and production systems was supervised by vice president of technology development and operational efficiency Yuri Larin, who moves to another position within the Group.
