EU plans new anti-dumping investigation.
Steel products from Russia can have another barrier: according to "the Kommersant", European producers are going to initiate an anti-dumping investigation of fittings supplies from Russia, Belarus, Turkey and the Ukraine. The main shock may be to the Belarusians, as very little fittings gets from Russia to the European Union.
