Polymetal reduced gold production in 2015

Polymetal International Plc (Polymetal) announced the operating results 2015. According to the company, gold production went down by 9% to 861 thousand ounces, while silver production increased by 12% and made up 32.1 million ounces. The total production of precious metals in gold equivalent made up (on the basis of conversion coefficient silver/gold 1:60) 1.40 million ounces a year. They named the production results excellent in the company, as they exceeded an initial plan for 2015 at 1.35 million ounces of gold equivalent by 4%.
