Metalloinvest assesses the investments into Udokan at $6 billion

The investments of Metalloinvest in development of Udokan copper deposit (Trans-Baikal) can amount to about $6 billion,the, General Director, Andrei Varichev claimed.

“The calculations will be completed this year. We have obtained the positive decision of Vneshekonombank which states that the project meets the norms and standards of VEB and we have to fulfill a number of conditions so that it could be considered in future. The maximum term of the financing can be attracted for makes up about 15 years”, he said.
