TaAZ can be constructed

RusAl estimates the investment into the completion of construction of the Taishet aluminum plant (TaAZ), which was suspended due to low metal prices, in the amount of $700 million, CEO of RusAl, V.Soloviev said.
In February, Ministry of Economic Development of Russia held a meeting with the representatives of RusAl on the construction of TaAZ. There were formulated three possible versions for the implementation of the project, including a put option with RusHydro for a share in TaAZ.
