UC Rusal buys equipment

UC Rusal has purchased over 80 units of equipment for mechanization of labour at enterprises of the aluminum division. In 2013, the total amount of investments into purchase, development and repair of machinery for the company’s aluminum plants made up about 132 million rubles.
Within the project on the mechanization of operations during process treatment of the electrolytic furnaces, 10 highly-manoeuverable loaders with hydraulic hammers were delivered to Bratsk Aluminum Plant (Bratsk).
In 2013, Irkutsk (IrkAZ), Krasnoyarsk (KrAZ) and Novokuznetsk (NkAZ) aluminum smelters received about 60 diesel loaders to the total amount of more than 42 million rubles. Two anode paste loading machines were made for NkAZ and IrkAZ.
