Russian FAS approves deal on purchase of 100% of Amur Zoloto by Petropavlovsk PLK

The Federal Antimonopoly Agency has agreed on the application of Petropavlovsk PLK to acquire 100% stake in mining company Amur Zoloto, the Department reports.
