Shtrabag to build plant for OMK in Chusovoi

The United metallurgical company (OMK, Moscow) and the company Shtrabag (Moscow) have signed a contract to carry out construction works in one of the most important projects of OMK - the construction of a complex for the production of seamless oil and gas pipes of the premium class in Chusovoi in the Perm region, the company reported.
OMK already has considerable experience in implementing large-scale projects with this company. In 2008-2011, Shtrabag acted as the general contractor in construction of wide-sheet mill MKS-5000 at the Vyksa metallurgical plant (VMZ, Vyksa, a part of the OMK).
