The State Duma passed the law, concerning benefits on mineral tax as for hydrocarbons, produced in Eastern Siberia, Yamal, Nenets Autonomous Area, Sea of Japan, Bazhenov formation, Gyda peninsula in the third reading at the plenary meeting. Vedomosti writes.
